"Posizione eccellente: l'hotel si trova a pochi passi da Times Square. Abbiamo richiesto un upgrade della stanza e ci è stata assegnata una camera di 30 metri quadri con vista sulla città. Le condizioni della camera non erano eccezionali; tuttavia, nel complesso, era adeguatamente confortevole."

"Our second time at the New Yorker , we like the location, staff very helpful ( there was an issue with our room and they changed it promptly) . Info desk very helpful gave us nice tips about the city . Brian guest service was very nice to account Osate our checkout ! We recommend this hotel and will come back . Thank you! "

"L'albergo si trova in un punto strategico, vicino a tanti posti interessati, le camere sono molto comode con una vista sulla citta spettacolare!!! Manca un po di cura quando aggiustano la camera e penso sia un albergo ancora da finire, la hall è praticamente inesistente, le manca un po per essere un vero 5 stelle, in compenso il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, lo consiglio a tutti."

"I didn’t like in particular two things: - the staff at the reception has been no much clear at the check in about the features of the room; during my journey one man of staff, his name is Steven, has been very rude; - the features of the room haven’t been suiteble for 4 persons; the beds small; the w.c. small; no suiteble wardrobe; no suiteble drawers. Greatings, Marco Fasano"

"The staff was very helpful and kind , I would give them 10 , the view from our room was amazing Empire fully lit up for Christmas, the room itself was very small for our luggage’s , but the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were great … clean and tidy everyday , the hotel doesn’t have a real lobby too small for all checking in …very central location walked everywhere . Overall we enjoyed our stay , and would recommend booking the Emoire view rooms you won’t regret it …. "
