“This motel perfectly corresponds to our needs: easy to be reached by car, large parking, comfortable rooms, good quality hot buffet breakfast included in the reasonable rates. Smart person at the reception. 5 minutes by car from the Hopper House (which is our reason to visit Nyack, NY)”

“Everything was Amazing, I love the room, the bed, everything was perfect, except that I thought breakfast was included or paying between $12-$17 to each person but it’s not is a restarutant inside that you order but it’s not included it’s like any regular restaurants. Beside that everything was perfect”

“This hotel was overbooked when I went to check in and they told me they had a room for me at the Hilton in the lot behind this one. I appreciate still being accommodated because I would have been in a real bad spot if they had just turned me away. I can’t rate this hotel for this stay because of this. Though I have stayed here in the past and it is a clean, reliable hotel to stay at.”

“Room was nicely appointed. Breakfast was good. Convenient location. Didn’t understand why they charged $10 for parking since it was just a very open lot, not a garage. Otherwise, we had a great stay.”

“Room was not clean, bathroom was dirty, refrigerator smelled rotten and did not work. The blankets on the bed were gross as was the mattress. However, the man at the front desk was very nice and did his best to help when we asked.”

“It's a beautiful place but rooms need upgrade. Old room no fridge or microwave. Went with a child and didn't have a fridge to put her milk in. It was very disappointing. Room next to mine was shut down under construction.”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was super clean and had everything I needed to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked along with cleaning products. The area was quiet and parking was easy to get right in front of the property. It was super close to everything - food, grocery stores, the mall, pharmacies, etc. Also Fabian was amazing. “There were workers in and out of the house all day Saturday due to leaks in a few rooms. No heat on Saturday afternoon until we left on Sunday. Requested some money back and no reply. This was a girls weekend and men coming in and out on Sat and Sunday we did not feel safe. Overall not a good experience at all”

“Spacious house with amazing view. Owner was responsive to all needs and questions. Great location outside NYC and the small town of Piermont has a good selection of restaurants (and it’s a short drive to other quaint towns). We appreciated that house had a Christmas tree up for us and enjoyed fire pit by the river after the snow! Our family of 9 adults plus toddler and infant were very comfortable in the house - we loved our time there!”
