“The Inn both inside and out is beautiful and well maintained. The bed is very comfortable as are the pillows which gave us a wonderful nights sleep. The interior spaces are beautifully appointed with warm comfortable furnishings and soothing colors. The bar is inviting as the restaurant with wonderful food and an excellent selection of wines and alcohol offerings. The breakfasts are so good we could have had them for lunch and dinner. What made our stay really special was the care and...

“Lynn was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. Our stay was very comfortable and centrally located to everywhere we wanted to be. The property was beautiful and scenic, and the home was as cozy and comfortable. She even put out breakfast and coffee for us in the morning, which was very nice! We would absolutely stay again!”

“The hosts were very nice and friendly. The kitchen was clean and the morning coffee was great! Our room was spacious enough and the beds were very comfortable. The setting is charming!”

“Great location. Very country cozy. Host is lovely and makes a real effort. Provided coffee, yogurt and fruit for breakfast, which was unexpected. Enjoyed relaxing with this on the back patio. Was more of a B&B experience than expected.”

“It was amazing Such a lovely place we were there with our family 6 persons The house has everything very clean lots of space . Everything was amazing We would love to go again Thank you 🙏❤️”

“We had a wonderful stay in Millbrook. My 5yo declared it his favorite rental ever. We loved the kitchen, natural light in the living area and huge yard. The house is obviously well loved and has made lots of family memories. There is everything you could need or think of. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back.”

“Extremely family-friendly. We loved all the extras. The mini golf, the trampoline, the s'mores available at the fire pit Etc. We left the layout of the sites where we all had some privacy but some neighborly time. And just for humor of the morning, we loved how the porta potties actually flushed. Laugh out loud. And we really lucked out because we saw a heron we saw an owl and we actually thought we saw a pelican. Oh yes and a little mouse. And the cats were very friendly. See you next year.”

“This was my sister and my 2nd annual stay at the glamp site and we love it - will keep coming back every summer. Michelle has thought of everything you might need or want from all items needed to make smores to the hot tub on the property and tons of shower towels in the very spacious shower tent. Total bonus that it's a quick walk to an awesome food truck and ice cream spot, as well as to the train station”

“Fallerhof is a cute, quaint cottage in a beautiful, secluded setting. Everything was very clean, and it’s a lovely spot for a quick escape. Two things worth knowing before booking: the owners don't provide a key for you to lock the doors with, and there’s no Wi-Fi. The lack of Wi-Fi is manageable if you're hooked up to a hot spot. Charming overall.”

“Very comfortable and convenient location with very nice surroundings.”

“It was the 2nd time we have stayed here, the space is perfect for us. Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms and the deck is great”

“BUYER BEWARE!!! Everything about this place is a lie! It was so bad I didn't go back for my second night stay and the owners would not refund me!! First off it was 23 miles away not 3 from where we were! Second off the twin bed I slept in was about as old as the house itself! Third the bathroom is disgusting chipped paint, dirty sink and tub, and they charged me a cleaning fee! And last but not least the stench from their cat was abhorrent! I thought they owned a mountain lion!! Downstairs...

“If you are visiting Dover Plains or attending a wedding or other event at Preston Barn this is a great place to stay as it is only 1.5 miles down the road from Preston Barn/Old Dover Inn. The house was very clean and sits on a pretty small river where the bird watching is awesome. We enjoyed the deck and bird watching (including a young eagle and blue heron), pool sitting and playing bocce on the lawn. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was very nice and the bedrooms and bathrooms were a nice...

“I have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this rental topped them all. From the stunning, lush landscape, the relaxing sound of waterfalls, the frogs singing to us at the pond, and the fireflies at night, we were surrounded by beauty inside and out. The home is woody and cozy, and also beautifully decorated. If you’re looking for a good home base to explore Hudson Valley or looking to stay put and relax, this home is perfect. The host was extraordinary: she communicated with us...
