“I generally appreciate this property, having returned there a couple times. It is mostly up to snuff in terms of quality of maintenance. However, this time I was not the only one to notice that the hvac has a wide temperature range: it got too hot before it got too cold. My other complaints are minor: the bath tub bottom hadn't been scrubbed in a long time and was a bit scuzzy; the hair conditioner bottle hadn't been filled; and the toilet seat is too small for my large to average body size....

“Very wonderful discovery. Having lived in Lincoln for 30 years (and my wife for 53), we have stayed at many spots during visits to family back in Lincoln. Discovering Annabell Gardens was great! Very friendly, easy to work with, beautiful suite, and even ice cream for free through the day -- and cookies on Thurs/Fri/Sat afternoon! Very nice, worth a visit and return visits!”

“The room was nice and clean, kitchen was well equipped. The couch/chase was sagging, when you sat on the couch part a person sunk down and was difficult to get up. The bed was more on the firm side. Breakfast was only served to 9:00 weekdays, it would be nice to extend to 10:00. The staff was courteous and helpful. ”

“The room we stayed in was clean. The bed was fine. But everything else about the property was just ok. They were remodeling so maybe things will get better. The outside of the building was shabby. It is the only motel in town so we had no other choice. The breakfast food was terrible. The coffee was awful. They need to improve some things for sure. Try harder Super 7. Your the only place in town. ”

“Absolutely LOVED this place!! It was so cute and historic! Built in 1909 it has so much character and felt like I was transported into a French renaissance era and my goodness it was the cleanest place ive stayed in. I’ve been to some 5 star hotels and this was even better!! If I’m ever in Lincoln again I know where I’ll be staying for sure! 10/10”
