Hotel a Dresden

“Amazing location, staff was amazing and Mike (Manager) made sure everything was at expectations. Will definitely come back and enjoy this oasis again.”

“We just needed a place to lay our heads for a concert. I booked all the rooms for 3 couple. The person at the front desk did not fully understand that I was only paying for my room and charged my card for 2 of the rooms. That messed with my money situation a bit for the weekend. The rest of the stay was good. Another employee recommended a really good local restaurant.”

“So disappointing for our anniversary! The room was filthy, and it smelled like mold! We absolutely froze! We had turned the heat on, but still had to utilize the hot water from the shower, and the microwave in the room to warm it up! Definitely not worth what we paid!”

“Room was interesting. Loved the spiral staircase down to the bathroom and the jacuzzi tub (stayed in the Music Room). Property is beautiful. You get a complimentary wine tasting and continental breakfast at Belhurst Castle. Check-in is at Belhurst which we didn't realize. Luckily it is only a few miles away so not a big deal to get there and back. No hotel staff at White Springs Manor. Negatives: Bathroom had no door.... was located in the lower level of the room (bed was upstairs) but still...

“Our room (434) must be directly next to the water lines for the building. There was a sound of running water 24/7 and was very difficult to sleep through. Separately, this hotel has awful wifi. When we asked the front desk about the wifi password, she said it was public and there was no secure network, and spoke to us rudely and with a serious attitude, as if we were asking an outlandish question. I would not have booked a hotel without a reliable and secure wifi network, as I had work to do on...
