“Our room was very spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel restaurant had a great selection of meals and the food was excellent. The room comes with a beautiful buffet breakfast with lots of selection. My only complaint was that the twin king beds needed a mechanism to lock the wheels. When you tried to get into bed or sit on the bed, the entire bed slipped away. Someone could fall and hurt themselves. But I would still highly recommend this hotel. “Property was clean and well kept. Near a small shopping area the beach. We did not get to try out the pool as it was winter but the pool looked nice.”

“The lady I dealt with at reception was so kind and helpful. The room itself was spacious, clean and modern. Perfect location and in walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Would stay here again. The outside of the property was a bit unassuming however it’s not really a big deal.”

“Need more explanation for guest arriving outside of reception hours, was suppose to get a email with check in instruction but did not come through, rang earlier in the day but no one advise to just contact the after hours team and they would assist”

“Old and very tired, in need of refurbishment. Three main things define a quality room - Plumbing, Pillows and Aircon, FAIL on all 3. You can hear other people's plumbing running. The pillows are thin cheap ones probably bought from Coles and the aircon was ineffective. Had to set it to 17C and flat out to even get the room down to a temperature where I wasn't sweating. Hardly slept and won't ever stay here again!”
