“Well we had such a great experience here. I have travelled a lot & have stayed in many hotels, so I do have many experiences with which to compare with. From the moment we arrived we were extremely impressed. Douglas at the front desk was so accommodating & professional. He got us checked in & settled in virtually no time. He went over & above & we were very appreciative of that. If you are on a diet, this may be a challenging place for you. They have a plethora of freshly baked & might I say,...

“Location”

“We booked with BW, as for the most part we feel like it’s an accommodation that suits travelling as a family. We specifically booked to use the pool as our littles had a dance competition and we were travelling as a team. When we arrived the pool was out of service and they said we could go use the local rec centre - 10min away. The entire hotel was full of a teenage rugby teams which I can empathize would be a little crazy. It was however not acceptable that these teams were running up...

“as a heritage building of course was expecting antiques, and squeaky floors, old doors, etc. however, the maintenance was terrible, staff were nice enough, but ZERO amenities available. there were no staff after hours, we were basically just left alone in the building. room floors were not cleaned, hair in the shower. parking was not safe or comfortable for a single woman. air conditioning was not working and staff brought in a fan. the door knob to my room did not lock, had to use the deadbolt...

“The only things that need to be addressed are the lack of bathtubs, and more regular height tables in the breakfast room.”
