“After check-in, the only interaction I had with staff was the first morning at breakfast when I was looking for decaf coffee. I can’t take caffeine for medical reasons. She barely spoke English and just said no - only this as she gestured at the coffee. There was no decaf in the room either. I’m still waiting for my receipt that was supposed to be emailed. ”
