“Room was clean ”

“Our stay was booked for 12/29-1/2. the heat thermostat didnt work. i notified the host & he suggested to give it time to heat up. we were in condo for hours & temperature did not get above 50 degrees. The fan would run but heat would not kick on. I found tampons/pads in both bathroom trashcans, trash behind console in livingroom, gummy candy on floor, water bottle in freezer, water in bathroom sink (unable to drain), used shampoo/toothpaste. We had to stay in a hotel the first night due to...

“The refrigerator ”

“Clean place, sparse amenities mean good prices. Great location to lay your head. ”

“Room was clean and breakfast was great. The water from the shower was barely warm and should have more than two towels in the room.”

“There were a few HVAC issues with the room though the frontdesk and maintenance teams were prompt and courteous. Service was friendly albeit a bit slow as it seemed they may have been a bit understaffed. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable; no significant shortcomings. ”

“The Granville Inn is the perfect place to stay in town. The location is excellent and an easy walk to everything. The rooms are clean and charming and the onsite restaurant is delicious.”
