“The room & bathroom were clean. The towels all had private parts hair on them & we stayed 3 days for a total of 6 showers, even the hand towels. Our tub didn’t drain. I told them all 3 days we stayed & it never got fixed. There is absolutely no ventilation in the pool so it feels like you’re in a sauna. Some of us didn’t want to swim but we ended up having to get in because we were covered in sweat within minutes of sitting there. There’s no fan or AC out there. We tried propping up the door but...
