“The whole experience was tainted by the poorest cooked $70 filet steak dinner. Asked for a medium rare and got well, well done steak. Wanted a reasonably cooked baked potato and got a hard, undercooked potato . Had to ask the staff for other things like butter and sour cream. The saltshaker bottom came loose and spilled salt over everything. Such a delectable dinner! Yummy, yummy! “My first impression was good the out side was clean parking lot was good entering the lobby and family room was nice clean and tidy. I arrived about 5:30 pm young lady was at front desk took my ID and told her what kind of car I drovesigned the sheet gave her a 50$ cash deposit she said I would get back at check out signed for that. She gave me my room key asked if I got first floor which I asked for when made reservation she said no non were available . She told me I could use a luggage cart...

“La struttura non e’ come si vede dalle foto. E’ vecchia, le tappezzerie dell’hotel (sedie, tende etc.) sono sporche e vecchie. La biancheria del letto usurata è strappata. Ho trovato anche blatte in camera!! Per non parlare della puzza disgustosa che c’era in entrambe le camere. La colazione inesistente ! Pessimo ! Inoltre in questo momento l’hotel era pure in ristrutturazione e il fatto non era segnalato su expedia e questo e’ grave perché il cliente si trova la sorpresa all’arrivo!”
