“Pros: The lobby areas are updated and they look quite nice. Convenient location. Cons: Unfortunately, our rooms were not as nice. Our bathroom was not clean, and we had to move. The second bathroom had blood on the shower curtain. The gym had plenty of machines however, the floor was completely ruined and buckling (tripping hazard), and also missing in many places around the edges. “This was our 2nd stay. The (2) ladies who checked us IN were extremely off-putting and not at all helpful explaining why we didn’t get the room we’d hoped for. Not all travelers are “app-savvy” and they should have been a bit more helpful and understanding. I felt we’d also disturbed their conversation, a pretty big “welcoming disappointment”honestly.
