“The check in process was fast and the staff was kind. However, there was a large whole in hallway ceiling with power cords exposed. It was evident my room was missed by house cleaning. The hardwood floors were dirty with footprints from the last guest. The bathroom had poop on the toilet, floors, and walls, and mysterious items on the floor. “Staying here was a great experience. Every staff member i talked to was so kind and helpful. Plenty of parking for regular vehicles but wouldn’t recommend it if you are pulling a trailer. The room was clean and the place smelled really good. The mattresses are a little to firm tho. I would definitely stay again.”

“The attendant refused to check us in. My ID was stolen and the system failed and refused to change the name so I could get checked in. I will be seeking a refund. I had to book another facility. After pulling off and paying for another room I was notified they checked us in as arrived after refusing service. ”
