“Room was fantastic looking over downtown Breck. Pool was wonderful with a view of the mountains and right downtown so quick walk to everything. Highly recommend staying here, staff even found me a room hours before normal check in.”

“They provide free laundry and free detergent so that was nice. Pool water was warm. There was free shuttle service to Vail village every half hour.”

“Great facility, walking distance from River Run. NO ski locker key. Several electrical outlets were not working and the outlets are very old, charging cubes wouldn’t stay in. Noisy family above us, rooms are not very sound proof.”

“We used the home primarily for cooking and sleeping. It suited our needs. Cmmu was clear. Property offered good parking. ”

“Unfortunately, we only had one night to enjoy this charming place!! It was spotless, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. The house is an adorable Victorian style home. Everything we could have asked for!!”

“Location was great and house meet our needs. Very easy process.”

“We had a slightly different use for this property then most. We had spent a week traveling with my in-laws to different National Parks in Colorado, including a lot of hiking and activities. For our last 2 days, we wanted a place to just relax and enjoy the comforts of "home" and this location fit the bill perfectly! The only negative we could come up with is that we wish we stayed longer than 2 nights!”

“What a great property! We walked to the slopes, ski rental, and town! The unit is very spacious and comfortable, and has a nice view of the mountain. Check in was super easy, and the underground parking (for one vehicle) was very nice. We will try to stay here again on our next ski trip!”

“The unit was as described and was our home away from home when we visited Breck this past spring. What an awesome location near lift, ski rentals, and free bus. Can't wait to return next year!”

“Lovely home in a great spot and quiet neighborhood. Tons of space, easy access with coded entries to garage, front door, and lower entryway. Summit Rentals was responsive to questions and maintenance requests as well. Hot tub was great, perfect for the cool summer nights in Breckenridge. The kitchen was well stocked, and served all the cooking needs we had. Easy access to hiking and biking trails too.”

“The view was spectacular! The unit was very clean with everything you would expect & more. Our 2 teenage girls liked having their own bathrooms. We enjoyed the hot tub & master bathtub. Location was perfect next to a walking path along a stream. Silverthorne is a lovely town with everything you could want. One thing I would suggest is to mention the portable air conditioning unit that is in the upstairs closet in the welcome book. The showers take a couple minutes for the water temperature...

“This is a nice property for a multigenerational gathering. Plenty of room and things to keep active teenage boys busy. We had everything we needed, as in the kitchen was well stocked with various cookware and utensils. Sheets, blankets and pillows were fine, comfortable beds, and quiet neighborhood with easy access to the bus.The one aspect I did not realize, were all the stairs. “This 4-bedroom townhome was absolutely perfect for our group of co-workers who were in Keystone for an event, everyone had plenty of personal room and the location was a minutes' walk to the main area of River Run. “Great ski in/ski out location. Thoughtful amenities. Would stay again. As others have indicated, the internet is not able to support work video call level and is a little spotty, but it's good enough for basic needs. Hot tub is great as is the fully stocked kitchen.
