“I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable — I slept better than I have in a long time. The staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. Whether it was answering questions, offering recommendations, or assisting with small requests, they made everything easy and pleasant. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d happily return on my next visit. Highly recommended!”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”
