“Nice,comfortable stay.”

“Breakfast was minimal but sufficient. Check in with Chris was pleasant. Checkout was a little weird. I called a couple of times & rang the bell. They finally showed. Other than that, quiet property. I'll use again.”

“When trying to get into our room the safety latch had been turned to keep anyone from getting into the room. Had to go back to lobby to get help. The clerk tried to accuse us of turning the latch. Told her we were just checking in and haven't even been in the room. She had no way to get the door open. Had to go back to lobby to get another room. Then back to get my partner and carry everything to another floor. Was very inconvenient since we are elderly. Breakfast wasn't anything to brag about.”

“Pool was closed, not advertised. Carpet was soaking wet. Room was sticky ,walls were wet. Mildew smell was horrible, no other room's available per website. No refunds were available on this room when I booked it. I literally threw away $70 and drove to another town to find a room. I could have stayed at a really nice hotel. What a waste.”

“Hotel needs updated but perfect if you just want to sleep. Bed was very comfy. Rooms were very clean. No smells. Place was very quite. Staff super friendly. Good location by Walmart and a great bar and grill.”

“Beds were very comfortable. No towels in room. Breakfast wasn’t very good. Man working desk became a little irritated I rang the bell 3 times instead of once when no one was at the desk to help.”

“Grass was not cut in the back of the motel, gave an unkept look. The room had drastic temp changes. Clerk was nice. The breakfast was as expected.”

“I booked this online and reserved it. They charged me $96 on my credit card (I didn’t know they had charged me until I looked at my card days later. I thought I was going to pay when we got there. When we got there that evening, they said that there are no rooms available. So we left and stayed at another hotel in Schulenburg. I realized days later they still charged my credit card online. & he is REFUSING to refund me even tho we didn’t stay there cz they said there were no rooms left...

“We were very disappointed with the Holiday Inn in Columbus, Texas. I would not recommend this property to anyone! This hotel needs to be refurbished or remodeled or leveled and start over. This Holiday Inn is not like any other Holiday Inn we have stayed in. I suggest management go spend two nights in this property. See what I'm saying. Disappointing!!!
