“We love staying here and always do when in Susanville. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and the bed is super comfortable. We do however miss the microwave and coffee maker in the room. I have a hard time walking and it’s a bit much to go down to the lobby for those items to use. We assumed it’s due to theft. I would like to suggest a library system for a coffee maker and microwave where a deposit is made to use them and returned upon checkout. Parking was accessible as we...

“I was sooo happy that I reserved this property. I had a couple of questions and every time I called the customer service at the actual hotel, it was excellent!! Clean, roomy, delicious breakfast! Very warm jacuzzi. Unfortunately the pool was not open until the day we left. I most definitely will stay there again when we return! ”
