“Spark by Hilton was perfectly suited for a quick overnight stay. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and the basics needed for an overnight were supplied. The room lacked a personal coffee pot which required an early morning trip to the lobby, but for the money I spent, I was pleased.”

“Upon arrival, we noted that the parking lot was empty. We walked into the office and it had a stale, sour smell. Being cautious, we asked to view the room before checking in. The clerk handed us a key card. We went to the room and tried to open the door. No luck. We peered through the window. The room looked dingy and dirty. The bed was poorly made. We returned the card to the clerk. Did not check in, drove another hour to the next town. I will never stay at this motel.”

“Stayed here after attending my cousin's graduation, and I absolutely LOVED it! The room was great and the bed was super comfy - perfect for a solo traveler like myself! The location is so beautiful, I sat outside staring at the stars! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!”

“Easy access from the interstate”

“We had a great stay at Crossroads. However, when we checked in we had to wait an additional 1.5 hours for the room to be ready. 4pm checkin already is a little late, so waiting around another 1.5 hours not knowing when the room would be ready was a bit of a pain. It was made worse by Pippin closing at 4pm for a private event, so we basically had to sit around while we waited. They did treat us to a bottle of wine as an apology, which helped make the situation better. All in all, the amenities...

“This Hotel was overpriced for what it was. It is actually a motel. There’s no microwave. The sink is very shallow.”

“Drastically overrated on Expedia, this property is more in line with a 3-star rating or less. A roadside motel by the interstate in bf Virginia, the grounds were filthy, the room was poorly maintained with a cracked sink, an industrial-style gas station toilet and a noisy AC unit. There are other options in the immediate area -- avoid this dump.”
