“Clean rooms , Breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful and the hotel I love and the areas”

“To start, I thought the staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and tidy, and everything was working in order. I guess if I had one small complaint it would be the.selection for breakfast, a larger selection of fruits and maybe some danish / donuts / yogurt would have been nice, along with a variety of different flavored tea bags.”

“The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the condition of my room was very disappointing. It appeared that the only thing done before my arrival was making the bed. The room was not properly cleaned at all. The bedding was dirty, the counters had not been wiped down, the toilet had urine on it, and even the towels in the bathroom were dirty. I was so uncomfortable with the cleanliness that I had to deep clean the room myself just to feel...

“Room had cig burns on the a/c, no fresh towels daily, not every day garbage was emptied, was given sheets that had stains , bedding had stains , no fresh cup daily, but the worst was trying to take a shower with a cloth shower curtain instead of a plastic 1. My next visit will not be there”
