“Traveled with kids and a dog. We arrived just after 3 and at first, the woman at the front desk had to check with the housekeeper to be sure the room was ready. Thankfully, after some language translation challenges she found that it was ready but I was a bit nervous at first, especially with an anxious dog and kids eager to use the pool.
