Hotel a Fairview Beach

“The knob for the shower came off. There was hair in the shower. There were bugs near the bed and window.”

“Pillows might as well have been nonexistent. Breakfast was a joke - not even sure why they bother to advertise it. Everything from the vending machines was either stale or flat. As a stop off point with two kids between Tennessee and New Jersey it was a complete waste of money. We would have been more comfortable sleeping in our car. ”

“I wouldn't recommend this place at all went to our room and as soon as you walked in a non-smoking room it smelt like cigarettes. We checked the mattresses and found horrific stains and black mold all over the mattresses the cleanliness of this place was very disgusting i will never be booking this place every again.”

“This hotel is in the process of a renovation. I wish this was told to me before I reserved the room. There was no ice machine. I get it you’re renovating but when I was told that I could go to “WaWa’s” at 10pm for ice! I didn’t have a car and WaWa’s was DOWN THE HILL, across the street. I didn’t sleep that night bet tried not to let it spoil my trip. We stayed another night because we got in late after our planned event. “Only 2 years old, so everything still smelled new! Room was spacious, bed comfortable, bathroom clean and accessible. Soap and shampoo provided; no lotions. Breakfast consisted of muffins, fruit and oat bars, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee/tea. ”

“When I arrived, the desk clerk advised that the water was off. They told me it would be on within 30 minutes. About an hour later the water did come on and it was brown and rusty. I needed to take a shower so ran the water for a while until the rust cleared up. Once it cleared up, I got in and after a few minutes, was very unhappy to run out of hot water! “They were not willing to refund two of the three nights booked when an emergency interrupted the stay. I never got to the hotel and understand that the first night was too late to be refunded but I felt that the other two nights should have been canceled and refunded.”
