Hotel a Fairview

“I left an article of clothing behind, hanging on the door. When I in packed and discovered it,; I called immediately. They said nothing was in the room or in the lost and found and basic said I was wrong that I never left it. My person moved it from the chair to the wardrobe door so when I packed up I missed it. Needless to say the cleaning person kept it for herself or gave it to someone else. Very disappointing. I have not been able to find a replacement for the garment.”

“Very nicely kept and clean property and very clean room. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Only thing I found was, they need new towels. Staff was very nice and courteous and breakfast was good. More like continental breakfast but they also had freshly made waffles you can make yourself. No pool. Right next door to a great Diner I84. All and all rating at least 4.5 stars. Would stay again if necessary.”

“First, the hotel staff were excellent and very courteous. Appreciate that very much. We had a very late check-in. Experience with Expedia helpdesk was less than optimum. The bill from hotel did not match expedia rates and still working to resolve.. The issue was not with any of the agents but the overall process it took for us to get things sorted out. Around 4 AM, The family next door was haring a fight and loudly yelling bad words and kids and all of us woke up hearing that which left was not...

“It was not as clean as we would have expected. The room was small. There was no table or chairs in the room. The pool wasn't open which was disappointing. The staff seemed to be very friendly.”

“Bed bugs. My adult son was bit up pretty good. I have pictures. No one assisted us to bag up our clothes and belongings that were there. No one came up to the room to start bagging up the bedding or anything. I had to pay to use the commercial washer and dryer to wash the clothes that were in the room. I asked to speak with the manager but was told that he was not there, but they would have him contact me. Nothing yet. We should be reimbursed for our stay to say the least.”

“This is actually a beautiful building. The rooms of especially the bathrooms that they are advertising with Jacuzzi tubs are extremely overdue for renovation. There is paint and tile chipping all over the place in the bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. The sheets had those are yellow stains on them if you know what I’m talking about it looks good from the outside. It’s a different world on the inside.”

“The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...

“It was fine for a one night stay. However the TV in our room was leaning forward and nonfunctional. It didn't matter for us that night, because we were too tired to watch anything as we didn't check in until 9:30 pm. The next day was Memorial Day and unfortunately the Bistro/ coffee bar downstairs was closed. The staff had filled a couple of dispensers with hot coffee and a few wrapped muffins and coffee cakes were set out and a few bananas. A bit disappointing, even if it was free. The night...
