“The staff was excellent. Parking great. Only complaint have not received an invoice from stay and we booked an extra night supposedly at the best price but pretty pricey”

“We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed”

“Even if some renovations were in progress during my stay, everything has gone fine. Never heard any noise from the renovations work. Affordable price for the room. Breakfast include.”

“Close to the airport with shuttle service. If you drive there and need to park and fly, deal directly with the hotel. Third party bookings don't allow for Park and Fly. Lesson learned. The hotel is located very close to the airport but we were not bothered by the flyovers. The Front desk people were super nice and knowledgable. They helped with printing a boarding pass too. The room was well equipped but dated. The carpeting needs a good cleaning. The Breakfast bar was handy early...

“The pool is so incredibly small. It's enclosed in a small room and is gets very loud. Not enjoyable at all.”

“Upon check in to room, there appeared to be fecal looking stains on sheet and top cover. The other bed had rips and tears in the sheets. The AC unit had mold in the vent and on the curtains. My sisters took a video of a crawling roach on the bathroom. The front desk worker was the only worker at the hotel. We told her about our immediate concerns and her comment was "we don't have roaches here, we have an exterminator come every two weeks, unless someone just brought them in". We always check...

“Easy check in and good staff.”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “Go to when flying DTW. The hotel has friendly staff, clean rooms, and feels safe.”

“Would not let us check in five minutes early. Then only one person to check in a long line of travelers waiting to check in. No hair dryer, Kleenex, coffee pot. Check in CLOSED at 3:00 pm. Never stayed anywhere like this strange “hotel”.”
