“This is a great spot with a cool design aesthetic. It was just enough space for me, my husband and dog. So many places I’ve stayed have an abundance of “stuff” and things can be hard to find. The love shack had just enough of everything and it felt like an actual home. Place was super clean and the location is great. Communication was easy and straightforward”

“This place was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed at. The location is great, the house and amenities are great, the private dock is perfect, etc. This is great for a couple or smaller families. We kayaked, went fishing off dock, went in hot tub, played board games, and even rented a boat for a day.Cannot say enough about how accommodating and helpful they were, too! Definitely want to stay again! ”

“Not far from the main road and surprisingly close to the town and ski resort, while at the property you feel entirely secluded and away from civilization. The main living and dining area is great for everyone to spend time together with a fire going while the bedrooms are tucked away for good privacy. The wrap around deck would be a great place to lounge in summer, and the fire pit would be similarly nice on summer and fall evenings.”

“Had a guys weekend away. The home was a perfect home base. The resort had everything we needed for a great weekend (golf course, bar, restaurant, perfect fall weather). Terra Alta is also a wonderful little mountain town with great coffee and beer. May need to look into purchasing a home in Alpine Lake.”

“Property owner was awesome and very responsive. Check in was easy. Amenities because it was off season were not available. Cabin was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Clean - however missing toilet paper - and getting anywhere off site takes more than a minute! Outside the house needs work.other than fire pit no place to sit outdoors . It was great and the price was right.”

“The cabin was very nice & clean. Sherry & Okey makes you feel like family with the fresh eggs & salads they provided for us. If you do have a dog like we do they also make the dog feel very welcomed. I would most definitely recommend this cabin to anyone who wants peace & quiet & a beautiful view of the mountains.”
