Hotel a Upper Sandusky

“The exterior of the hotel looks worn out but is very clean, and the room was amazing, brand new furniture and crisp white linens, fresh clean smell and beautiful, we were pleasantly surprised and we did choose this hotel because of the excellent rating and low price. We will surely come back on our next road trip from Canada on I-75S!”

“Great place to stay in Findlay”

“Took over 40 minutes to check in. First room given was not cleaned. 2nd room was also not cleaned. The third room was occupied. The fourth room was garbage free, however no trash can or toiletries in room. All issues were blamed on computer and 3rd party vendors. Which doesn’t make sense, since rooms must be reserved online. The worst experience I’ve had in many years.”

“Did not want road bicycle in room until we insisted. (Bags were attached) Room and bathroom were not very clean, room smelled very bad, ac not working the greatest, hairdryer did not work, desk manager was nice but felt we were being watched on every move in & out of the room. Used the washer & was questioned what we were washing (lightweight cycling clothing). Probably will not be back.”

“We stayed and there are BUGS IN THE BEDS AND BATHROOM SINKS. When notified of the bugs they did not issue any sort of rectification other than a "sorry, we will notify our staff" unfortunately this was our first stay at a Sonesta and we will not return for future stays.”

“The room was clean, staff helpful and breakfast was just perfect. It's a relief to find a hotel like this there.”

“It was alright for a few night”

“Check in was a nightmare. Staff was slow but courteous. Spoke with heavy accents and had minimal communication skills. Room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking. No help figuring out how to get anywhere or even get a cup of coffee - no signs, just had to walk around and find stuff in your own.”

“I wish I could rave about the pool but it was down for maintenance during a stay. So I requested a refund to stay somewhere else and all the responded with was yea, it isn't working!! They didn't respond to Expedia either! Don't stay here! Friends had Taco Bell wrappers and coke cans in their "clean" room when they checked in!”

“Clean rooms, Staff were great, so was breakfast but sleeping beside the Interstate I-75 was not great at all!!”

“Room was nice. Property run down. Dogs out of control upstairs until 3am Threatened to call police. Only response was that the people would be kicked out but the people are still there. We left to another hotel.”

“The staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent. The parking was horrible because all the doors were broken besides the front lobby door. It was very annoying carrying bags from the opposite end of the hotel to go through the single door when exterior doors were right next to our room. There was good shower pressure, but the water never got warm. It was a cold shower for sure.”
