“This was a very family friendly resort. The staff was very accommodating and attentive and the pool was a huge hit with the kids. We found the buffet to have excellent variety. There was something for everyone. The little poolside grills were great for lunch and snacks. The specialty restaurants are hard to get into. But we managed to do one during our stay. The beach was good and there was a lot to do if you choose to. Overall, a very positive experience.”

“To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was...
