“The rooms were clean. The pools were clean, facilites spotless but there were some maintenance work during the day. There was also construction on the side of the property and along with that is the noise associated with trucks. The restaurants were ok, nothing out of the ordinary for what you would expect for an all inclusive of this caliber.”

“We filtered Expedia for "All-Inclusive," but the hotel listed All-Inclusive and "Free Breakfast" rooms at the same price. We thought it was included, but arrived to a surprise fee of $140/person/night. The front desk said we were the 5th group that day with this Expedia issue. Expedia support spent 2 hours on the phone only to say they couldn't help. “Limited view of beach, mostly parking lot, Beach and pools were great. There were intermittent elevator problems but we overcame them. Host was very reactive to our needs. Room was a bit outdated but location met our needs of beach and sun. Many excellent restaurants and shopping nearby. ”
