“Pool metal ladder was not safe to go in or out the slope of the ladder should be by angle of 45 degree not straight 90 degree because people coming out should not climb the ladder it’s not safe they should go out smoothly and easily Thank you ”

“Room was wondetful with a great pool view and we were high enough to also be able to see the ocean on the 7th floor as well. Staff was very friendly at the biffet and took great care of us when we checked in. Adrian at the pool and Rolando at the buffet restaurant were both standouts to us. It is clear they enjoy working with people and take great pride in providing an exceptional customer experience. Would highly recommend for families and ideal for adults only as well. ”
