“The hot tub was broke.”

“We were greeted by Daniel at the front desk. He was extremely friendly, informative and accommodating. He made us feel at home as soon as we walked in. He and Katelyn checked in with us via text daily, to be sure our stay was perfect. Valet was on point with car, and gave us great tips and ideas as we were coming and going. Hotel grounds were clean, staff was so friendly. Our room was a nice size, very clean and updated, with amazing views of the Gulf. Restaurants and shopping all next door....

“The staff gave several conflicting statements regarding our reservation and repeatedly said "I'll have to check with the manager" and delayed the conflicting statements regarding room location, etc. There is construction - which they were transparent and proactive about communicating prior to arrival - but yet the noise and extent of the work was quite disruptive and made sitting by one of the pools almost impossible. “Lazy river was excellent”

“Friendly and helpful staff and great beach, but won’t be staying here again. Room wasn’t ready until more than an hour after check-in, trash left in hallways for at least two days, balcony door didn’t lock (and, on the 2nd floor, was accessible from other rooms), previous occupant’s dirty towels left in room, unidentified crust smeared down wall beside bed, very noisy hallways. Food at cantina wasn’t good; I ordered the $20 caesar salad with chicken from the menu and waited 30 min because they...

From the thoughtful additions of things like robes, slippers, room spray, a room of treats for the kids on every level, front beach access, beautiful pools and firepit areas, to the welcoming staff that felt like family by night 2... we will be back again and again! ”
