“Bathroom is very small. Could be difficult for a large person. Unit was very clean, host was easy to communicate with. Very quiet neighborhood. Overall nice place!”

“The house was amazing. The beach was just across the street. The owner provided 6 lawn chairs that we could take to the beach. The house had everything we needed to cook our meals. I’m not sure what soap, shampoo, and conditioner they had in large containers but they smelled delicious. We had a family in the unit above us but it was hard to tell anyone was up there. Very clean with nice decor. We will definitely stay there again.”

“The convenience to the beach was wonderful. The room was small but clean and modern. It had everything we needed. I liked having access to the washer and dryer. We would stay here again. Suggestions: full length mirror in the hall leading to the bathroom/assigned parking for each guest unit. (The parking was a "free for all", but in all fairness, it was 4th of July weekend so it may have been busier than usual)”

“This was such a cute property. We absolutely loved it. We did not use the bikes as everything was well within walking distance. We were in town for a wedding and never been to the area. We had an amazing time just walking through the downtown area of Riverside. Get food a Publix and Walgreens just down the road. Very cool places to stop in for a drink and relax.
