“Nice quiet motel very near the interstate. Easy to find, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had a bathtub instead of only a shower!”

“The inside of the hotel was absolutely immaculate. The hotel staff were so kind and always nice. The outside at the entrance door had tons of cigarettes butts all next to trash can. Trash all over behind the hotel on dog runs, lots of dog poop never picked up. Hotel workers sitting in vehicles with friends smoking pot, letting kids take over the pool. “Parking was easy, there is plenty of room and ample spaces. Staff was friendly and professional. Room temperature was adjustable and comfortable. The room was not well cleaned. The comforter had stains. There were bugs on the floor near the base of the bed. There were coffee stains on the floor. There was a used shower face towel hanging in the shower. “The hotel was dirty. I booked 8 months ahead of time for son’s graduation. I got there they said they didn’t have a room for me. After a while I was told they got me a room but the next day I’d have to move rooms but they’d have to find one. I’d never stay again.”

“The room okay. The carpet felt dirty on bare feet. I did not like that we didn't get room service or the option for room service. The had a sticker on the bathroom mirror that said you would get room service every 3 days, which we were only staying 3 nights - no room service for fresh towels, get our trash, etc. Everywhere else I have been, they offer daily room service if I chose.”

We get up to the room and find the AC is not working in the room with the king size bed, went to the desk and the worker ‘Max’ told us “oh yea, that doesn’t work. You can leave the door open to keep the air circulating.” We asked why this wasn’t disclaimed online or even upon check in, with no logical answer.
