“Everything was great, wonderful helpful staff. But there was no elevator - only 2 floors - but was with my 82 yr old mom. Had to make multiple trips up because she gets winded easily and I was carrying for both. AC didnt seem to cool hreatly, but I could sleep well enough. Breakfast was good. ”

“Beautiful new facility! Only complaints were lights on sensors that turned off and on at will and lack of ice machine for the building. Every room has an ice machine in the freezer and they forgot to tell us to turn it on. Otherwise, a great place! Definitely would stay here again. Desk staff very friendly and helpful.”

“The property seemed new. It was nice, but unpolished. The hot water was very hot (careful, kids). The sign showing which direction our room was backwards so they put a paper sign over it with the correct directions. The shower head flange wasn't glued to the wall so you could see the pipe coming from the wall. The power splitter was hanging down from behind the TV. Overall it was a nice place but you could see not everything was in its place.”

“The room smelled so bad like cigarettes which i didn't request a smoking room.. There was someone's toe nails on the floor and the bedding had hair in the bed.. The air conditioner smelled horrible when i turned it on..Just nasty all the way around. They said that was the only room left the lady at the desk so very rude and had a really bad attitude. We just left we lost our money and the room because i refuse to sleep in a hotel room that is dirty like that.”
