“The front desk staff were friendly. The room was older but clean. Not really much of a breakfast. Cereal and a waffle maker. Our issue was with the room directly above us stomping around all night. Of course this wasn't the fault of staff.”

“Room was dirty. Condom wrappers, edible wrappers, and misc. clear baggies left in room. No working outlet by bed to plug in medical equipment or a cell phone. Only working outlet was next to door. Left and went to another hotel.”

“The broken English spoken was hard to understand. This is from the front desk person. We also had an unexpected charge. ”

“The first room we were given had little black bugs all over it under the sheets. The floor was sticky as if it hadn’t been cleaned from previous person. The second room was better but the front desk lady was rude when I went down to get a new room. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The hall ways were 80 degrees and smelled awful.”

“Dear Mr Royal Hampton… Staff was wonderful accommodating us, pool wasn’t too clean there was stuff floating in it but otherwise the temp was good, maybe wasn’t cleaned from the night before, there was lots of people in it that day. Breakfast was convenient and good”

“The property was nice and seemed new. When we got there our ac in our room didn’t work. It took several hours but they did get it up and running. Then the shower was ice cold. We never did get a hot shower there. We were so frustrated. We were at the end of the building on the third floor. Using the stairs and parking on the end of the building was very convenient for us. Biggest problem… all the weed smoking that occurred in the stairwell. I don’t usually have a problem at all with that. But...
