“Property was fantastic! Well maintained and condo had everything a couple could need for the weekend! Quick easy walk to the beach- also in a nice area, not overcrouded. Even rhough at East end of Island, very easy to get to restaurants and many different fun activities on the island. Whether you want a nice comfortable condo on the beach with a beautiful pool area with hot tub and plan to spend all your time there, or use as a home base for exploring the island ”

“Good location, right across the highway from the seawall. And convenient to the ferry and downtown. We were able to look out the window of our room and see the ocean. Also, the entire property was clean and up to date, comfy bed, great pool, good breakfast with eggs, sausages, waffles, breads, cereals, etc. I would definitely stay there again!”

“The doorr was extremely hard to open and the shower head was full of lime build up and spraied everywhere buy overall it was an ok stay. The pictures definitely look better than real life though”

“WOW! Just WOW!! So many great things to say about our stay. Michael and Rosy were the host/hostess with the mostest from the moment we arrived til the time we pulled away! Jeff was a great back-up and super helpful and kind. The breakfast was amazing, but come hungry-they won't let you leave hungry for sure. The grounds were so rejuvenating and inviting. “Absolutely beautiful hotel and nice and quiet. Our room was very small, but we weren't in there much so it was fine. My only real complaint is the shower. It was elevated which made it difficult to get in and it was very slippery. I was surprised we made it without a fall. The pool area was small, but had great service. I thought the new addition of beach front chairs and service was a very nice touch. I definitely will return.”

Staying at the 1890 Freeman house was like stepping back in time, but with all the modern comforts. ✨ The architecture is stunning, and the entire place was sparkling clean and impeccably organized. “The property was just as the pictures are. The location of the property probably couldn’t have been better. Located right next to the strand, yet it was still quiet. I really liked being able to use the balcony at night. The property was clean. We didn’t drive there but if you had a vehicle there is a nice one car garage attached to the place. We did ask the property owner one question and the response was quick. If I were to ever stay in Galveston again I wouldn’t hesitate to book this...

“Our stay was all over wonderful and relaxing. 3 queens size beds, full bathroom, kitchen and living area. Was very clean and had everything we needed. It has a full ac unit, wall unit, And window unit so we were very comfortable temp wise. While the master bedroom bed was a bit firmer than expected the other 2 bunk beds were very comfortable. We will be staying here again for sure!”
