“First off, I have been coming to Urbana Inn & Suites 3 or 4 times a year for the last several years. I have always enjoyed coming from Chicago to enjoy the superb service I get here. It's always for two nights. The first night my daughter and granddaughter stay with me and we enjoy the pool. This will be the last time I stay here. Let me list the reasons why. 1. “Clean rooms, air& heat worked good!”

“The staff was wonderful, kind and helpful! The bathroom in our room was not very clean unfortunately and had a lot of hair around the shower, but all in all not too bad.”
