“The Magnolia House is an excellent property conveniently located to everything. Great neighborhood for walking, with many historical homes and Squares along the way. It’s far enough away from the crowds downtown and on River Street, but also close enough to drive, or walk. Free parking in front was a bonus because almost everywhere else you have to pay to park. “The home was in excellent condition absolutely beautiful. Great location and very convenient to everything. The only recommendation I would make is that there were not enough side tables or lamps in the main living room. The lighting was super bright and if there are no lamps there at least need to be dimmers on the lights. The kitchen was adequately equipped if you’re not cooking a lot. I really appreciated that there was a coffee pot as well as a Keurig since we tend to drink coffee all day....

“This is the ideal property for a family stay. With 3 separate units, it gives privacy and space. Perfect location to walk into town or cheap uber if needed. Host communicated well. Would stay here again! ”

“The layout of the property is excellent, very spacious and comfortable for 10-12 people. The bathrooms are spacious, showers are beautiful. All appliances are new and easy to use. Our party was of 8 due to two cancellations. So we had plenty of space and did not feel "on top of each other" Will definitely recommend to others.”
