“Location was great. Check in was fine. The room had a broken security lock that was promptly repaired. Sadly our room faced the parking lot. We opened the door and the smell of vomit and sour milk was evident. We asked if we could move to the waterside and their answer was no. Next day breakfast was really bad. “Very disappointed with our stay. I had a really bad fall in the shower because the shower floor was extremely slippery. This felt completely preventable. All it would have taken was a shower mat or some type of non-slip surface to make the shower safer. There is no reason a hotel shower floor should be that slippery and dangerous for guests. Unfortunately, this really affected my experience and left me very disappointed with our stay. I truly hope the hotel addresses this safety issue before...
