“I opted for this hotel as prices in town had spiked up. The reality is quite far from what you see on internet. It is a decent place but could improve on cleanliness (carpeted floor is below acceptable, especially if you have a dust allergy - I suggest they get a better vacuum cleaner as a starting step). Staff is nice and most helpful. The area offers quite a different take on greater Melbourne.”

“This is a really nice hotel to stay at, conveniently located for both driving and public transport. It's also sat on top a pub which is great! Staff were always friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is clean and feels modern. My room wasn't the biggest, but plenty large enough as a base from which to explore Melbourne. “I loved everything about this apartment. The facilities inside and around the apartment. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and jacuzzi was clean and very nice.
There are plenty of eateries close buy. The tram stop is next to the apartment.
I was a bit worried on arrival about the noise from hospital and helipad being very close , but there was no need to . We couldnt hear any noise once the door was closed.
The manager was amazing. He went above and beyond...

“Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in diesem superschönen Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet, modern und sauber – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt.
Auch die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend. Eine Tramstation ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man problemlos überall in der Stadt hinkommt. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders entspannt gemacht.
Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Wir hatten im Voraus eine Frage gestellt, auf die wir leider keine Antwort erhalten haben....
