“We had a very pleasant stay at Doubletree although it was for 1-night only. Upon arrival at the hotel we received a free upgrade to a Deluxe King Suite. The room is spacious, well furnished and spotless. There is a good spread of international and local dishes for breakfast.The service staff are excellent. We are looking forward to stay here again during our next trip in Surabaya.”
“Nice hotel to spend a night, conveniently located near the airport.
However, the room that was assigned to us was extremely hot (last floor), so we had to choose between having the noisy AC unit on all night or sweating and being hot all night.
Also, the room was very noisy, as it was located near some type of engine that made a plus noise all night (no, not the AC) and it made it hard to sleep even with earplugs on.
suggestion: get a luggage scale available to guests.
