“Hotel reopened two days prior to our stay. Barry, the property owner, greeted us upon our arrival and explained that there was everything we may need in the lobby: coffee, tea, water, snacks etc. Our room and king sized bed was very comfortable. No cell service.Did not use pool, but it looked very nice, Large soaking tub with airjets in bathroom was very nice. This room was very clean. “The best aspect of this property is its location. The location couldn't be better. Second, it is very clean and efficient for a couple or single who want(s) the bare bones. Street parking is ample and steps from the Nest. The two drawbacks to the property are that this is a completely turnkey operation - there is no one on site - and there are no amenities. “The room was clean and nicely decorated. There is no staff on the property, but were reachable via text. There were snacks in the kitchen and a fridge to store a few things in. The parking is limited & inconvenient, having to move our car from one side of the street to another to adhere to odd/even days. We enjoyed the outdoor space.”

“The Roosevelt is an old school, family owned motel. We were checked in by the owner and she was very helpful about the local area. The rooms were clean and the parking was easy and convenient. There is nothing fancy here- but if all you need is a clean place to sleep- this is your spot.”
