“Room was clean and comfy. It would have been better if there was a microwave in the room and parking lot could use some love. Location is convenient. Really liked the finger ID lock, Nice to not have to worry about a key. All in all for the price our stay was great!”

“Alexandra and Anthonie were both super nice and friendly. When we arrived, they gave us a rundown of nearby restaurants to go and have dinner. Then showed us to our room and amenities. Room and bathroom were clean and comfy, wifi was fast there were extra pillows and blankets if needed. The area around the Inn is very cute, my girlfriend and i went for a walk in the nearby park in the morning and visited the Inn bookstore (we ended up buying 5 books lol). My only complaint is since our window...

“My favorite hotel! This place is just spectacular, from the awesome rooms to the amenities! Rooms are gorgeously appointed, grounds are spotless, pool and hot tub so relaxing. Restaurants are delicious. Even when the hotel is full, it never seems crowded. If you are looking for some R&R, this is your place. Rain or shine, you can not beat the Whiteface Lodge!”

“I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet. All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable. They reeked of mildew. Our family had nowhere to sleep that night, so we had to...

“We enjoyed our stay . Room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent , restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Breakfast in the morning was disappointing as it was limited choices of prepackaged food . Decaf coffee was just an instant coffee packet to mix with hot water . We would stay again but know that we need to go out for breakfast !”
