“Dana checked me in and he was very polite and informative. All of the workers were very courteous and acknowledged me as I walked through the halls and every morning at breakfast. Great stay! ”

“The room was comfortable and in good shape. Ruth at the front desk and the bartender were excellent. Convenient parking (for a fee) and close brew pub were nice. Nice and affordable breakfast - try the tacos! The only negative was the homeless guy begging for money in the bar area while we were enjoying our drinks. ”

“Amazing! Staff was excellent. I can’t remember the gentlemen who helped me when I checked in but he was very supportive. I happened to be visiting for a family emergency and he wished me the best of luck and just helped me decompress in a moment of stress. I felt seen and valued in that moment and I’m grateful for the encounter. ”

“Abbiamo trascorso due settimane piacevoli e senza nessun problema. L'hotel è accogliente, il servizio gentilissimo, la posizione e la disponibilità del parcheggio, ottimi. Utilissima anche la possibilità di avere sia la WiFi che le telefonate urbane gratuite. Se dobbiamo lamentare qualcosa è solo per la frequenza delle pulizie (1 volta la settimana) ed i materassi un pò troppo 'duri'. A parte questo, consigliamo vivamente a tutti il Candlewood Suites Newport News.”
