“My room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast that they served was OK for me. Pool was closed because of the season that I came over. Was there in April?”

“Room was old and in poor condition. Broken furniture, tub/shower had patched hole that was coming apart, felt like another hole in bottom of tub. Disappointing.”

“Room was ice cold when we entered due to air conditioner being full blast on the lowest setting on a already cold day in April, we were charged for extra for 2 beds when we only needed 1, front desk said they charge per bed…. Never been charged that way at any place we've ever stayed, we travel a lot and stay in Reno often….. the beds were more fold out cots. this is a newer hotel property in the area and it’s set up more like newer low income project apartments….. don’t plan to stay here again ”

“For the price, it wasn't bad. Noise from planes flying over was loud, but I slept through it. The room was comfortable and clean. Budget friendly.”

“Parking has no security and had homeless people walking up to all the cars. ”

“Our King Deluxe room was large and clean. Though I could hear noise in the hallway, the room was mostly quit at night. the maid service was very good. The Air conditioner was quitter then most.”

“Ci abbiamo dormito una notte di passaggio. La città è caratteristica e mantiene gli edifici di un tempo, magari non tutti ristrutturati. Così anche il sugarloaf. Per qualche ora ti sempre di esser trsportato nell'antico ed un poco sgarrupato far west. Comunque divertente”

“Hotel was perfect for what we needed. I would say the only complaint I would have is the door/window wasn't very sound proof and people where loud when walking through the halls. Two chicks dinner that is attached was so cute and delicious some of the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had!”
