“I hesitated to write this review because I wanted to give the hotel an opportunity to make things right before sharing my experience publicly. I stayed here with my mother and my 7 month old baby for a three night vacation. The hotel was fine overall, but it felt dated, poorly updated in areas, and not as clean as I expected. “I own a condo on the island, but when we arrived the HVAC was not working….on a Friday night. It was too hot to stay there. I looked around the island and found this property. I was perfect because my son and his friend was with us, so it accommodated us. I booked it and arrived in 15 minutes. The front desk clerk was ready when I got there with keys. She was very helpful, explaining the property. I would recommend Sea Palms to anyone after this experience.”
