“So much better than the element! A/C could be cooler, disappointing when my house is cooler than a hotel. A hotel is a place to be as cold as you want. But both the Element and The Az control the temperature, and that’s not ok with me. The hotel is beautiful, but both hotels are off my list- only because of the Air conditioner being controlled”

“The hotel spa is relaxing. Moon is a fantastic massage therapist, and her cupping technique was amazing. The resort charges random fees, like a $25 resort fee (for water and coffee in the room, which is ridiculous). The Spa automatically adds a 20% gratuity to your bill, plus a $7 service fee. I would not stay here again because of all the random fees the resort adds on - completely unnecessary, and the restaurants are over-priced.”

“Nice clean up. Updated room comfortable beds. Television system wasn’t great. Too much program me required. I’d have your own signing services. Unfortunately, each night got woke up with cigarettes smoke, which I don’t know who’s coming from the stairway or stairwells or something. That was horrible and the air conditioner did not work very well. It kept on turning itself off. Also didn’t like having to pay for parking that was outdoors and unsecured. Overall a good value for the money....
