“Lake view was great!! Staff wanted us to change rooms for an additional night and we chose to leave instead, but the billed us over $500 for the night we were not going to use.... with 12 hours notice. Very inflexible and refused and portion returned for the night we were not choosing to use. Great marketing, right!?!? Stay away from Estes Park resort!!!! There are lots of friendlier & less expensive places around Estas Park.”

“Struttura splendida nel Rocky Mountain Ntl Park con l’impressione che si possa fare di più e meglio. Servizio inesistente: abbiamo trovato qualcuno alla reception solo al check out. Camere non rifatte e asciugamani non sostituiti dopo la prima notte ci poteva stare. Ma un solo kit per doccia per due persone per due giorni sembra eccessivo.
