“The hotel is a top notch hotel strategically located near tunjungan Plaza. The staff are very helpful and friendly with super clean rooms and a big tv to stream your favourite shows and movies on sites like Netflix and the breakfast was excellent.”

“Rooms needs really to be renovated. Dirty walls and carpet. The bathroom sink had a crack in the middle. Smell of humidity and yellowed hupholstery in the bathroom It is a pity since the hotel it a piece of history and it has beautiful inside gardens.”

“Everything about this hotel was great. I had no issues with anything. Definitely recommend this hotel.”

“The room was clean and spacious, aircon and hot water are all working well. This hotel is also strategically located right across Tunjungan Plaza, with the overhead bridge right in front of the hotel. The sound proofing wasnt great, can hear noises from corridor as well as other rooms, and though my room faces the back alley, it is not spared from the noises of motorbike revving.”

“The location was great ... far enough from congestion but close enough to walk if needed. Night food markets down the street. Good variety at breakfast. Only issue was room cleaning was before 10am. ”

“I chose this hotel because it was 10 min by car from Surabaya Gubeng station. All staff that I encountered at this hotel was very nice. However it was not a hotel that I would want to come back and stay. 1. Breakfast: I personally did not think it was delicious compare to other three star hotels. 2. I stayed two nights. It was hot in the morning and I thought that the AC wasn't working so I switched a room for the second day. However the AC in the second room wasn't working on the next...
