“Nice people, clean room. But no cups and no shampoo no body wash, nothing in the room. I have to use water bottle to fill water for tooth cleaning. Very simple breakfast as well. Very uncomfortable for checking in process, taking away your ID and credit card to upstairs. Sorry for this message but it is true.”

“When we got to our room we noticed there were bodily fluid stains on the comforter that went all the way to the bottom of the mattress pad underneath. The other queen bed had stains of similar kind on the sheets. This was so disgusting. At this point we should have went to another hotel but didn’t feel like going through all that.i asked for the manager to call me to discuss this and was told i would receive a call soon.
