“This property was in a very clean, safe and nice neighborhood. The apartment was cozy and clean. Very good for 2 seniors with an excellent walk-in shower. Located on the first floor with just a few steps inside the building entrance. Very easy walk to the Metro. Wonderful restaurant (Otis@12) almost next door! ”

We gave a 4/5 for cleanliness because it is ant season and we noticed ants coming through the back door which was a bummer as it is in the second room so my friends bag was being attacked by ants. “This was a great place to stay for a family meet-up in Washington DC. It’s on a nice street with friendly and diverse neighbors, near multiple grocery stores and restaurants. The unit is spacious and feels both fancy and comfortable. It has three levels with no bedrooms or bathrooms on the first floor, so be prepared for stairs (fine for my group, but would not be accessible for everyone).
