“Very disappointing experience. We chose this hotel mainly because of the pool for our son, only to arrive and find out it was closed until further notice. The room key cards were also not working, and we were given actual keys instead, which felt outdated and inconvenient. Breakfast was supposed to be served from 7 AM to 11 AM, but when we went down at 9 AM there was almost nothing left — no eggs, no cream cheese, no juice, and the coffee was cold. Staff did not seem prepared to restock...

“There were pros and cons with the Mayflower...I had to be in Queens NYC at 6am, it was very easy to find off rt.95 in Milford...I arrived at midnight, but no issues checking in, the front desk guy was cool, great sense of humor...had to pay $4 dep for the old school key, no biggie. Room was fine, very dated, but the bed was comfortable with an old-school comforter...pillows need an upgrade tho...bathroom was very clean, shower was good, nice heat and pressure was good...had a nice fridge and...
