“It is walkable distance to beach and Calle 5. It is a safe area. Everything was great and look forward for another stay here on our next vacation.”

“Nice accommodation to stay in Playa Del Carmen. Very easy to communicate with the staff, who were very quick to respond via Whatsapp. Only thing to note is that the pool is in a different building (only 4 blocks away), which I wasn't aware of when booking. Additionally, the rooms lack external windows, resulting in no natural sunlight. It wasn't an issue for me. I would recommend this if you're looking for accommodation in Playa del Carmen that offers value for money. ”

“Nice place with very convenient access to the bus—literally less than 100 yards—5 minute bus ride to central hotel zone or 15 minutes to central Cancun. Unit is clean and well maintained and it is super nice to have a washer/dryer right in the unit. ”

“Quiet and absolutely amazing. Far enough from the town square to be peaceful but close enough to walk. ”

“Max, il proprietario, è stato molto accogliente e disponibile sin dall'inizio. Ci ha dato qualche utile consiglio per poterci muovere in città e in Messico. L'appartamento lo abbiamo trovato pulito e in ordine. Compreso nel prezzo vi è l'accesso alla piscina sul tetto. In sintesi, siamo riusciti ad avere un buon servizio ad un prezzo ragionevole”

“Great service. Place clean but needs a deep clean. Microwave need to be situated somewhere else. Safe needs to be fixed. Rug has to go. No need in a warm place like Playa. It would be better if the occupier can create their own entry code. Also, you should provide free access to the main entrance. Thank you!”

“Al mio arrivo non mi era stata ancora inviata la mail contenente tutte le informazioni con i codici per aprire il portone principale e la porta del mio appartamento La cassaforte di sicurezza non si è potuta usare in quanto trovata chiusa. Se arrivate con un auto a noleggio fate molta attenzione per scendere in garage(ma questo sulla mail è scritto) perché dopo essere scesi con l'auto, la stessa(in questo caso una Kia Rio)a metà comincia a toccare sotto e se non si fa immediatamente retromarcia...

“We absolutely loved this property! Frank , our host was VERY attentive to any requests and was super accomodating. The property had all of needs covered...and was super clean and comfortable. It was easy to catch a cab/bus in front of the property and a quick walk to to the grocery store. We would def stay again!”
