“One off the most breath-taking hotel a i’ve ever been. On Ashinoko’s Lake shores, this hotel has three restaurantes, two onsen bath ( outside inside ). Personal way very nice and kind, they took our luggage since se approva bestie the hotel and they even brought them to our room. Only one thing, there’s nothing outside the hotel and everything closes by 17pm ( even transport ).”

“Amazing stay, great staff and dinner. However, it was very very cold in all the buildings besides the room that is conditioned. The bathroom and the common areas are too cold during winter.”

“Abbiamo scelto questa località per vedere il monte fuji ma a causa del tempo non è'' stato possibile,oltretutto l albergo e' posizionato vicino alla stazione ma per raggiungere i punti di veduta del monte devi fare almeno 30 minuti bus,e nel piccolo paese tutte le attività commerciali chiudono alle cinque dopo rimane solo la possibilità di fare il bagno termale nell'onsen”

“The hotel was so peaceful and calming. The room was very large and had all of the amenities and then some. The onsen was so relaxing. The dinner meal was 5 star quality. I'm not sure what I was eating at times but it was beautifully presented and delicious. ”
