Hotel vicino a Hakone Museum of Art - Hakone

“Beautiful Rakuten”

“Loved loved loved! Wished I had booked this for the entire trip and probably will book again if I return. The home was thoughtfully curated and exactly as pictured. Very scenic drive and quiet neighborhood. Instructions were straightforward with check-in/route/guidelines and host was very responsive. Note: if you are using public transport and have more than a back pack, I suggest catching a ride from the drop off point to the home.”

“Great onsen hotel with incredible food but be warned that the location is a bit remote. It’s about a hike uphill of 15-20mins from the nearest bus stop and it’s quite difficult to get an uber/taxi from nearby stations. As well compared to other resorts, their shuttle service is not a reliable means of transportation. The staff are amazing but unfortunately, you can tell they’re stretched a bit thin. I got there about 2 hrs early and there was no one at reception. I had to drop my backpack there...

“Unreal experience”

“Beautiful and calm”

“This place has a lot of character and was a great experience. We didn’t book the Irori dinner, which I regretted very much. It’s a hostel, not a hotel, so as expected it was a bit spartan. However, the main sitting area was lovely and interesting and the staff were top notch - warm and accommodating. If you are looking for character and tradition over modern comforts, you will enjoy your stay very much. It’s also just a short walk to Gora station where you can hop on the cable car and ropeway as...

“This is a beautiful Japanese inn. We loved having the whole experience including the use of the private onsen, the beautiful tatami mats, the delicious multi course meal, and wonderful staff. It's very close to gora station so it's very convenient. It's a wonderful value for a indescribable experience.”

“El onsen lo mejor”

“Beautiful peaceful stay. The staff was so sweet and supportive. The property was a dream!”

“This hotel is gorgeous. Highly recommended. The outdoor onsen is magical!”

“Really beautiful location, quiet and very green. The staff were lovely and very helpful. A very relaxing atmosphere. Note that you are up in the mountains, so to get anywhere will require walking and busses, as there aren’t easily available taxis.”
